Q: How long do I have to sign up for?
A: There is no long term commitment. We offer month to month leases.

Q: Do I need to bring a lock?
A: We have disc locks available for purchase for only $7.51. You are able to bring your own lock as well. 

Q: When can I access my unit?
A: You are able to access your unit any time during our gate hours. Our gate hours are 9-6 Monday-Friday and 9-5 on the weekend. 

Q: Do you have moving supplies available for purchase?
A: No, we do not offer any moving supplies or moving equipment.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash and Check only. 

Q: Do you have outside space available for vehicle storage?
A: Yes, many customers store their boats, recreational vehicles as well as cars and trucks. Vehicles must be in operating condition. 

Q: What do I need to bring with me to rent a storage space?
A: For inside storage, all you need is your current I.D. For outside storage we require your current I.D, registration and proof of insurance. 

Q: Do you offer insurance?
A: No, we do not offer insurance. You may already be covered. Check your homeowner's or renter's policy before contacting a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. 

Q: Are the units climate controlled?
A: No, none of our units are climate controlled.
